Steps To Become an EHG Volunteer
1. Sign Up
Fill out the volunteer registration form.
2. Connect With The EHG Team
Once we process your volunteer registration, you’ll receive a welcome email with steps to start fundraising and spreading awareness using our official materials. Connect with the EHG team—your go-to for training and questions.
3. Submit Volunteer Materials
Upon completion of your volunteer work, please ensure that all required materials are submitted as instructed. After verification, your certificate will be issued by the EHG Team.
Start a Chapter
Setting Up Your Eye Heroes Global Chapter
1. Apply: Fill out the volunteer registration form indicating
for chapter head.
2. Onboarding: Complete an interview with the Eye Heroes Global Team.
3. Complete Chapter Training: Complete the required training documents and email them to eyeheroesglobal@gmail.com for approval.
4. Set goals and budget: Define clear targets for UV-safety lessons, awareness activities, and distribution/fundraising. Create an annual plan and budget with guidance from The Eye Heroes Global Team.
5. Approval meeting: Meet with the Eye Heroes Global Team to review your goals and events for official approval.
6. Recruit & launch: Invite peers to join your team, partner with nearby orphanages, tutoring centers, and community groups, and kick off your first Eye Heroes event.
